Light It Up Products, Inc. customer data bases are encrypted, secure and are not distributed or sold in any way. All customer information is personal and confidential to Light It Up Products, Inc.

Warranty:
Light It Up Products, Inc. Limited Warranty- LIUP warrants that products sold hereunder, if maintained and used under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. No warranty whatsoever will be honored if defect is a result of customer abuse or improper installation by customer.

Return Policy:
A return authorization number must be acquired by customer from Light It Up Products, Inc. prior to returning any products. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. Authorization number must be printed on return packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A copy of your invoice must accompany any returns along with a written explanation and a contact phone number. There are absolutely no returns what so ever under any circumstance of any special or custom ordered products. Products returned must be new and have not been mounted, installed or used in any way. Any claims for missing, lost or damaged packages must be made within 48 hrs of receipt of shipment. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. all returns are at the discretion of Light It Up Products, Inc.
